OhCreators

Terms of Service

Last updated 29 October 2026

Draft for review: this document has not yet been checked by a Ghanaian lawyer and may change before full launch.

These terms explain how OhCreators works and what we expect from creators and businesses. By using OhCreators you agree to them.

1. Who we are

OhCreators is operated by Occasions Digital Studio, a division of Occasions Digital Solutions Ltd, Accra, Ghana. OhCreators is a marketplace that connects businesses with creators. We are not an agency, employer or party to the work agreed between a business and a creator.

2. Accounts

You can browse without an account. To book, post a request, send a proposal, pay or review, you need an account with accurate details. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for activity on your account. One person or business may use both the creator and business sides of the same account.

3. Bookings and requests

Businesses can book a fixed-price package or post a request and receive proposals. The business always decides which creator to choose.

Before you commit, we show the package price, the platform fee and the total payable in Ghana cedis (GH₵). A booking becomes a commitment only once the creator accepts it, or the business awards a proposal.

4. Payments and fees

Payments are processed by Paystack. OhCreators never stores your card or mobile money PIN.

A booking counts as paid only after our server confirms the payment with Paystack. Paid amounts are held in the platform's records until the business approves the delivered work, and are then marked for payout to the creator.

The platform fee is shown on every booking before payment. Changes to the fee apply only to new bookings.

5. Delivery, approval and cancellation

Creators must deliver what was agreed in the package or request, by the agreed time. Businesses should review delivered work promptly and either approve it or raise a dispute.

Refunds and cancellations are reviewed case by case through the dispute process. We do not promise a particular outcome.

6. Disputes

Either side can open a dispute on a booking. While a dispute is under review, the booking status is paused, but messaging stays open.

Disputes are reviewed by a person on our team using the booking details, messages and evidence provided. Our dispute process covers only agreements made and recorded on OhCreators.

7. Off-platform contact

If you contact each other by WhatsApp, phone calls or other channels outside OhCreators, you do so at your own risk. Payments and agreements made outside the platform are not covered by our records or dispute process.

8. Reviews and ratings

Reviews can only be left after a completed booking on OhCreators. Fake, paid-for or misleading reviews are not allowed and may be removed after review by our team.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not: impersonate others, post false follower or performance numbers, promote illegal, unsafe or unapproved products, harass other users, attempt scams, or try to move payments off the platform to avoid fees.

Anyone can report a creator, business, review or booking. Reports are reviewed by a person before any action is taken. We may hide listings or restrict accounts that break these rules.

10. Content and rights

Creators keep ownership of their content unless the package or agreement says otherwise. Usage rights for businesses are those described in the package or proposal.

11. Liability

We work to keep OhCreators safe and accurate, but we cannot guarantee results, sales, follower growth or the conduct of any user. To the extent allowed by Ghanaian law, our liability is limited to the platform fees you paid us for the booking concerned.

12. Closing your account

You can delete your account from My account in your dashboard, once you have no active bookings or disputes under review. Some records, such as payment and audit logs, may be kept where the law requires.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
